    “Figure out how many barriers to success you have and just try to eliminate as many as possible so that you can perform at your optimal potential.” This is a beautiful statement by Dr. Marchegiani. Somebody needs to figure out how to make this fit on a bumper sticker.

    tooth brush quote: there was a mythbuster episode once where they did a study on where to keep your TB and no matter where it was in the house/experiment it still had our terrible number 2′s getting on the good old TB.
