      Do a little research on buying Pmemory before you buy. It requires 100+ hours to get through the training. A good overview of techniques can be found here. Beyond this, read some of Dominic O’Brien books.

        Thanks for the tips. I’ll explore mindtools, but a scan of O’Brien book reviews I gather his protocol is 1 hour/day, 4-5 days/week for 1 year? That’s twice as many hours as Pmemory (although the book just costs $8 as opposed to several hundred to join Pmemory).
