A Bulletproof Body

Who doesn’t want a body full of energy, capable of taking on adventures, guarded against injury and illnesses, AND always ready for swimsuit season?! Who doesn’t want a Bulletproof body?! Whether you are a veteran Olympic lifter or a stay at home parent just trying to keep up with the kids, we ALL want to perform better, look better, and feel better in our own bodies.

Contrary to popular fitness advice, running your body into the ground isn’t the best way to build a strong, functional, lean body. You’d never trust a mechanic that told you driving your car cross country with the oil light on is the best way to maintain a well performing car, right?? The truth is, our bodies are our most valuable pieces of machinery and today’s science serves as a pretty reliable owner’s manual.

Focusing on functionality and performance is the foundation for building a Bulletproof body. The bi-products of increased functionality and performance just so happens to be FAT-LOSS, more confidence, better moods, increased athleticism, and reduced risk of injury. A real win-win situation, I’d say!

These articles share some of the easiest and most effective ways to build a Bulletproof body through a variety of methods ranging from learning the most time efficient exercises to using electrical currents to speed up your muscles’ reaction time.
